Driven by their shared vision of shaping the human mobility of the future, Rinspeed and OSRAM teamed up to jointly design the latest concept car metroSnap. For the fourth time already, Rinspeed is relying on OSRAM as its »exclusive lighting partner« and thus on OSRAM’s extensive experience and industry expertise.
The concept car contains a wide range of OSRAM light applications such as LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) which enables the vehicle to recognize potential hazards in the exterior environment and react accordingly. But light solutions by OSRAM are also found in the interior. Ambient lighting, for example, adapts to the mood of the driver by emitting ideally suited light.
OSRAM lighting solutions are therefore a crucial part of the overall driver journey and experience in the future as they accompany the driver of the vehicle before, during and even after the journey.
