The MIDLED offers remarkable high radiant intensity. The MIDLED offers flexibility for designers, because its package can be used both as a toplooker and as a sidelooker. The MIDLED component is just 1.6 mm high.

Available in different wavelengths 850 nm and 940 nm and as a phototransistor
Usable as sidelooker and toplooker
Small half angle of +/- 15° achieved without lense in flat package of 1.6mm height
